Chris graduated from Portsmouth University in 1996 with a degree in Civil Engineering. After gaining valuable post graduation experience he went on to become a fully qualified member of The Institute of Structural Engineers in 2003.
Before starting CLP Structures Chris gained considerable construction experience working as a Senior Engineer and then Direcor with The Hambleton Partnership Ltd. At The Hambleton Partnership Chris was responsible for the design of a variety of projects ranging from large multi million pound college campus redevelopments to small domestic house extensions.
Before joining the Hambleton Partnership he was Principal Engineer at Milbury Systems, where he oversaw the design and detailing of pre-stressed concrete structures. Having specialised in precast and prestressed concrete construction techniques Chris now provides consultancy advice to numerous concrete construction companies across the country.
